Since 1999 when Kids at Hope launched its national training program, over 10,000 caring adults from many walks of lives and professions have benefited from learning about the science of hope, optimism and success and its practical application to everyday relationships with children.

Hundreds of organizations have adopted or enhanced their organizational cultures by utilizing the Kids at Hope belief system and strategies promoting and teaching how all children can succeed, NO EXCEPTIONS. And not only have those individuals and organizations learned a great deal from Kids at Hope, we have equally gained enormous insight about the dynamics and practices related to those agencies.

One major theme continues to surface in our understanding of those dynamics and practices and that is that the organizations which are truly committed in action as well as words systematically send a new group, large or small, to each of the Training of the Trainers sponsored by Kids at Hope. Their reason is simple: To sustain and institutionalize the Kids at Hope culture requires knowledge, momentum and critical mass. The more individuals from an agency attending i.e. revolving in and out, two to three times a year ensures that the information is shared effectively, new life is breathed into the concept and a sense of inertia is generated by people sharing a common experience and translating that experience into action.
